Poochies & Mutts is a pet resort where pets come first. Our all-indoor facility was designed with pet safety and comfort in mind. 

Boarded dogs enjoy private bedrooms at night and 4-8 hours of playtime with other dogs during the day. Add-on grooming services are available to keep your pup looking their best and you can even keep an eye on your pet while you’re away by viewing our live camera feeds.

What to Expect 

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Each dog receives a private 40 sq. ft. bedroom. Each space is outfitted with a raised Kuranda bed, fleece blanket, automatic self-watering dish and is fully heated and air-conditioned for comfort.

SOCIALIZING

We are big on playtime here at Poochies & Mutts. Your dog will enjoy 4-8 hours of supervised playtime in our 8,300 sq. ft. indoor play area. They will play with other dogs, get plenty of attention from our staff, and have the freedom to run, romp, and play to their heart’s content.

ACTIVITIES

There is something for every dog at Poochies & Mutts. Active dogs love to scamper up our rock wall or splash in the pool and waterfalls. Smaller dogs enjoy mingling with similar-sized dogs in our small dog area. We provide plenty of toys and interaction with staff to keep your pup active and engaged.

What to Bring with You

Dogs are very habitual and our guests do better when they have reminders of home with them during their stay. We encourage you to think of Poochies & Mutts as your pet’s home away from home and bring anything your dog is used to having access to at home, such as special toys or bedding. All we ask is that the bedding is able to fit in a standard washing machine in case we need to do a quick wash.

Please be sure to bring the following with your pet:

  • Food for every day of the stay

  • Medications (in prepackaged daily pill containers. Do not add to food.)

  • Comforts items from home (toys, blankets, treats

Reservation Requirements

All pet guests must meet vaccination requirements and demonstrate a positive attitude towards others. New clients must contact us at (920) 498-2669 to create an account. Once registered, you will be able to use our online registration system for pet boarding and daycare! If you require grooming services, an early or late pick up/drop off time, or would like to request a camera room, please call us to make the request. 

The pets at Poochies & Mutts spend all day in communal spaces. Because of this close proximity to other dogs, we have a few requirements of all of our guests:

  • Must be current on Distemper, Rabies & Bordetella vaccinations.

  • Must display a good attitude towards other dogs and staff.

  • No infirmed pets, please. We cannot guarantee their safety from roughhousing.

  • No Pitbulls. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pitbulls.

Regular Room

$46/day for 1 pet

$51/day for 1 pet

Up to 4 pets per room

You are charged the day you arrive, no matter what time you come in. On your departure day, we have a check out time of 12:00 noon. If you pick up before noon there is no charge for that day. After 12:00 noon, it is another day charge and stays that way until noon the following day.

Grooming Services

Add-on grooming services are available to all boarded dogs. If your pet needs a spa day during their stay, just tell us. We will gladly give them the attention they need so they look and feel their best. Bonus for our boarding guests! IIf grooming is done on the last day of their stay there is no charge for boarding that day.

Dog Boarding FAQs

  • Dogs must be currently vaccinated for Distemper, Rabies & Bordetella.

  • All of our dog suites are outfitted with raised Kuranda pet beds, fleece blankets, and stainless steel food and water dishes. We ask that you provide your own pet food for each day of your pet’s stay.

  • Yes. Pets are very habitual. Bringing food, toys, or bedding from home can reduce stress in a new environment.

  • Yes. During the day, our boarded dogs mingle with other boarded dogs and with our daycare dogs in large, open areas where they are free to roam, run, and interact. If your dog is anxious, fearful, or aggressive, this is not the right environment for him/her. Likewise, infirmed dogs and those who prefer a quieter, more private environment would not do well here.

  • Yes, dogs from the same household are welcome to room together for an additional charge of $28/night. Up to 4 dogs from the same household may stay in the same bedroom.
